Yes, Spiffy... It is so sad, and i'm sorry you are sad. Having hope is ok in many areas but with something like this, it's just best to break free and move on. Time will heal this pain. Time only makes the pain worse if you are living with the *hopes* of being with someone again.

I finally changed my status to single on facebook 24 hours ago and apparently thats an invitation for phone numbers. WTF? I responded to one guy by saying that I'm not interested in dating but if he's cool w/ being friends I'd call him. He delivered dinner the other night and recognized me from high school and befriended me on facebook. :lol: My friends at work are telling me to start dating, but I really don't want to. I don't see myself as one of those girls that guys "want". I'm used to being one of the guys, thats what I've been in the past. Its how I've always identified myself as. This is REALLY unsettling.
I know how this sounds. I really do. I get it...its just so weird, if you knew me in high school and college you'd laugh with me about this kinda stuff happening now.

I agree with what momma said, but its been over a month, and I finally feel comfortable with being single. Just because I don't have a boyfriend doesn't meant I need/want to be in another mans arms. There will be no rebounds here...I've done that in the past and it just makes things worse. Its independent Spiffy time! Besides, with my schedule I don't have TIME to date. :lol: Toby requires a lot of attention :lol:
I'm SO looking forward to another single festival season with my girls! The best times I've ever had a fests was when I was single. Not having to worry about anyone but myself...its a beautiful thing.
