Hey....if anyone wants to do a group weight loss group, I will lead it by doing a telegroup. We can do a boardie group and I'll make it really affordable so everyone can do it...hey...I'll do it for donations:)
It would be twice a month for 50 minutes for 3 months over the phone. We would do a conference call. If you are part of the group I will send you a call in number and passcode...I will record the calls also so you can listen to it again if you need some inspiration. We can have a thread in the women's circle so if you have any questions or want the support of a group between calls you can get it.
I believe that there is not one diet for everyone..that is why Georgi doesn't like South Beach and Rich does awesome on it. One man's medicine is another man's poison. We will focus on our primary foods which are love, exercise, spirituality, relationships, and career and how they have just as much an effect on our health as our secondary foods which is the food on our plates. We will work on both.
I normally charge $300 for a 3 month group program, but seriously I want you all to be able to do it so it will be by donation. You pay what you can. I would do it for free, but putting a money investment into yourself and your health is important step in really being committed to the program. Then I get paid for my time and can help more people at the same time! Everyone wins:)
