So I've heard lots of great things about drinking apple cider vinager every day.

I've started with BRagg's in the moring...it's HARD to drink it. I wish I could do it as a shot. But I hear it hurts your belly if you drink it straight...

anyone with any advice or experience?

I heard that taking a shot of apple cider vinegar when you have heart burn will make your heart burn go away.

some people add water to it. Not too much though.

It's fine to mix with water. I drank if for months at one point....never saw much difference, then again, I was taking pretty good overall care of myself at that point in time.

so I"ve been pretty good about drinking this stuff all day. I take my siggs bottle and use about 1 tbs of acv and flitered water and drink it all day, my students think i'm nuts.

I've been much more regular since i've started this, even with eating rice (usually causes major issues). It totally gets rid of heart burn too. I had some after dinner last night (heart burn) so i drank a small glass of water/acv and it totally went away! ya!

I hear it has weight loss effect too. I'm down to have some help loosing a few lbs

My favorite use for apple cider vinegar......is pouring it over a boiled dinner. Ham, green beans and boiled potatoes. Mmmmmmm

i drink it when I don't drink Kombutcha. I'm worried about my ph swinging in the opposite direction.

I find it helps me keep regular..although cutting meat outta my diet has helped in that aspect as well.

I love Braggs ACV, but I drink it straight or mix in a little garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper (my italian style dressing for garden salads too). I think most people who can't stomach it straight, dilute with water or some type of fruit/veggie juice.

I drink mine every morning with water & some raw honey or agave nectar. I also love using that vinegar for salad dressings. And how about Bragg's Liquid Aminos?! That stuff is the BOMB.

Never heard of this altho I do know that acv is good for relieving sun burn.

What're the benefits? Anyone got any linkage?

no, you just toss them with a touch of Bragg's aminos (not apple cider vinegar) - you don't have to douse 'em, the aminos are super concentrated. don't use anything else with salt content, but add whatever other seasonings and a touch of whatever oil you like. bake/flip as usual.

My gramma who is 86 and still drives herself to and from Florida. (You'd think she was 68) has been drinking ACV since she was a child. Her parents and grandparents used it religiously in their homesteads. Sometimes the best things are so basic and so old fashioned.
I love it.

You can use it for all sorts of ailments.
