I love them.
I dont really do anything with them that requires a recipe though and I'd be curious about what people come up with!

I just cut the hard stem part off the bottom and open the leaves and then sautee them with garlic and EVOO.

YUM.

I was told to cut off the hard bottoms, steam them in a bit of water, drain..then add butter, salt and pepper. Quite yummy, actually.

The garlic and EVOO sounds yummilicious!

i LOVE brussel spouts, another food i crave.

i like to saute bacon (usually chopped into bite sized pieces) in a pan .. drain most of the drippings and then add evoo and saute the brussel sprouts in the pan with a little pepper.

i also bake them with evoo and parm cheese .. yummy! i cook 'on the fly' meaning, whatever i have in the house i use to make up new recipes, unfortunately i never write them down ;)

I've grilled them on my George Foreman. Simply cut them in half, brush each half with a bit of EVOO (or garlic butter) and grill. YUM!

I've also roasted them. Parboil them, coat in a thin layer of EVOO with minced garlic and put into roasting pan. Roast until tender - stirring frequently.
