And honestly this makes me sad :(

I love a good cheeseburger...or small filet. I usually only eat it about once a month as it is...so it won't be too hard to not eat it at all anymore.

2 weeks ago i had a killer virus. I totally emptied my system and didn't eat for 2 days (if you know me this is quiet a feat!)

Everything was working fine with the digestive track, pooping every morning, life was great.

Then last weekend I went out and had a burger....it was a fucking good burger tooo...around this time I also had bananas...just 2 over the course of like 4 days.

Well last night was the first time I've pooped since Sunday morning.

It wasn't 'normal' either...rocks and pebble ish. Now today i've gone like 7 times...I think the rocks caused a mini damn and now everythign else is finally being released.

I know if I eat too many bananas i get all backed up but 2...i dunno. I think it was the burger :(

What do you ladies think? I'm gonna try and not eat any meat in the month of april  I guess that will tell me if it was the nanas or the burger

I'm taking 650 mg. of iron a day, so I can't answer normal poop questions. :funny1:

Oh, and add to that I've started eating more fiber, like Fiber One bars and Fiber One cereal...so the iron making me constipated and the fiber making me have to poop is interesting.

:lmao: thanks for the visual georgi :lmao:

ya it's driving me nuts. I've decided taht I don't need no stinking doctor to diagnose myself...I just am going to start elimiating things and figure out what messes with my digestion.

I think I might use my planner of this...hmmm...I think I just had a brain storm

Make protein shakes with psylium husks. It totally balances the system and gives you the best poo's of your life. No joke.
