I've read that exercising releases happy endorphins, therefore making you happier. For the past 3 months, I've been exercising almost every day if not every other day, and this past week I've been lazy and slacking, and I've been an irritated little bitch. :lol: Little things are pissing me off, I want to slice all my coworkers, I'm backing out of threads because I just want to call people out and rip them a new one. Funny I dealt with stuff better when I was exercising. Guess I need to get back on the treadmill tonight...I really don't like being pissy!!! :ravn:
