or steelhead...

this was a big hit with my family! i minced some ginger and spread it on the fish then poured on some teriyaki and let it marinate for a couple of hours. baked at 385° (my oven is a little cold so probably like 375° in most ovens) for 20-25 mins. so easy and forest said he liked it better than his dad's bar-b-qued salmon :jamguy:

did you use fillets or steaks?
