I recently found a fabulous analogy to describe Integrative Nutrition. It relates to the current economic crisis, which is similar to the health crisis.

There are more than 150,000 financial advisors in the United States. Less than 1% of the advisors urged their clients to get their money out of the stock market. That means that 99% of advisors were wrong. How could such highly paid experts not see this coming?

Similarly, in the health crisis, there are so many professionals and organizations protecting the public. Yet, the situation worsens day to day. More and more people rely on medications and operations. There is a massive increase in the rates of obesity, diabetes, etc. And spending on healthcare is completely out of control.

But they are wrong. Get a health counselor. Balance primary food. Enjoy more whole foods, less meat, milk, sugar and chemicalized artificial junk foods. And all health concerns will be reduced or eliminated.

I encourage you to share this wisdom with everyone in your community. Who do you know who might be interested in being healthy?

Get IINvolved. You'll be glad you did.

Well put!

The hoop class was awesome.

Ive been a little down and PMSy this week. Blogging and dinner last night with my IIN ladies helped a bit. I have school this weekend too, and I get to bring Stephen with me on Saturday, so that's exciting. :) Now he'll understand what all this IIN crack is all about.

Phish@Red Rocks in August? If it's confirmed we'll be out there.

What's new and good in the world of Britt and the wold of Britt and DaveyDave? What's this Quartet business I read about?

I am glad the class went well.

Sorry about the pmsy feelings.
I hate that.

If Phish plays Red Rocks we are totally there.
We could cab it from our house.

Things are good out here.
We have been working at the airport so that has been very physical and interesting. I have bruises pretty much everywhere. But hey, we get free flights. Gonna head to Wholefoods in a minute to get something to make for my friends potluck dinner party. I am in charge of desserts. Yum.
Let's have a Shaklee call soon!
Trying to get all my ducks aligned.

Dave has been playing as a trio but this weekend he is playing as a quartet :)

yeah, eh, they'll go away in a day or so.

How amazing is it that you guys get free flights?! superfabulous? Are you really the person in the orange jacket giving directions?

I had an IIN potluck last night. It was yummy. I am on day 5 of my vegan challenge. I feel pretty good and Im not missing cheese as much as I thought I would.

and I would love to have a Shaklee call soon!!!

I am the person in a "yellow" vest. The call us yellow jackets.
We don't graduate to orange until after 90 days.
The yellow means keep extra caution for these fools since they have no idea what they are doing.
It is a pretty dangerous job so I like knowing people are looking out for me.

When would you like to do the call?
I work Sunday nights or I would say then.

heehehee@yellow jackets. You need to have a little bee be your avatar!

The only nights that really don't work for me are Thursdays....because I have yoga class from 7-8....unless you wanted to do it at like 9ish my time. That would work too. :)
