looking for a bassist, musicians

I am putting together a band with a friend of mine. I play the drums and he plays guitar. We are looking for a bassist as well as any other musicians (piano, horns, vocals, etc) to play some rock, blues, funk, and maybe some jazz.

We both work day jobs, but are looking to play on a regular basis. So far we've just been having informal jam sessions, but would like to start writing songs and playing local gigs. we are located in southeastern Connecticut. Let me know if you are interested.

Im available for most session work on bass but I charge an hourly fee...not sure if thats what you are looking for though
