oh this documentary is very good though. Anyone with HBO on demand should watch it :funny1:
It feels great watching these people cry when Obama wins.

Don't have HBO, but talked to a friend who is going to record it for me.

it's only about 45 minutes long. It's good if you like laughing at outraged Republicans.

Haven't seen it yet but I imagine it's not much different from when the Dems were crying about the election(s) being stolen.
You could make one of them after the change of any administration.

I imagine you won't see it much differently either going in with such preconceptions.

I imagine you won't see it much differently either going in with such preconceptions.I can laugh at both parties equally. I don't have the "us against them, our side is better than theirs, we're right and they're wrong" mentality that some folk around here have

No, but you certainly do have your mind made up on how you feel about it already.

Not at all.
I could also imagine it's going to be 75 and sunny tomorrow but my mind isn't made up that it's going to be

Nothing in life is perfect, and if you set yourself up with an unrealistic expectation that things should be perfect, you put yourself in a position to focus only on negative events.
It's very unrealistic to expect that it will be 75 degrees outside and sunny here in the northeastern USA tomorrow. To expect that it will be is just setting yourself up for disappointment.
Great example, my friend.

When the lesser of two evils is elected, is it a win for any of us?

I never said anything about "expecting" anything.

Yes, I believe it is an advance in the right direction rather than a regression to failed policies and ideals.
In addition, I don't think of the Democratic party as being "evil." They are imperfect humans doing their best to satisfy the majority of citizens. They will never make everyone happy.
Republicans, on the other hand, do not represent the majority of people's interests. They use the fear of terrorism and religion to control people.

Imagining that it's not any different than what you expect is an expectation, my friend.
