How do chair the Senate Intelligence Committee and leak this?

How is it a leak if it was already reported by the Washington Post last March?

Being reported in the washington Post doesn't make it a fact. Being said by the Chair of intel does.

I'll keep that in mind the next time you post an article from The Washington Post.

b. Emphasize to the individual that the mere fact that he/she reads a news article which appears to contain
classified information in no way authorizes him/her to confirm or deny the item. Explain that good "guesses"
frequently are reflected by the news media, but bad "guesses" and incorrect information also are included.

I have a feeling Feinstein was complicit in the torture scandal.
If so, she should go to jail.

Absolutely. Unlike how Republicans feel about their elected officials, I do not think Democrats are in any way infallible or above the law.

Which torture scandal are you speaking of? My thing is that she clearly broke the law concerning classified material. She is in charge of a committee that oversees national intelligence and chose to speak about classified material. If she did realize that this was wrong then she is too dumb to head such a committee. She should have her clearance yanked and thus not be privy to anymore sensitive material. Anyone who did this regardless of party should have the same punishment.

Fine. She can be easily replaced.

But she won't be. It will be overlooked or she will say she misspoke, and business will go on as usual.

Wow! You know stuff even before it happens! That's quite a talent you have there!

Yeah well I don't trust your gift of prophecy, so we'll just have to see how it plays out. If she did something wrong, then I'm confident she won't get away with it. I could be wrong.
Republicans are absolutely wrong in their ideology, but at least they're there to keep Democrats honest.

That's what is known as a "rash generalization."
Of course, all humans throughout all of history have had a tendency to be dishonest or immoral at times.
That's why we need transparency in government.

I call failing to pass a higher minimum wage while still allowing your annual pay raise to continue crooked. Funding a bailout package so executives can remodel their offices and hand out bonuses is pretty dishonest. Or passing a one thousand page bill without reading it isn't just dishonest it is incredibly stupid. Thats how great legislation like the patriot act gets passed.

I think you've missed the point entirely. Everyone makes mistakes (except George W. Bush, of course)
It's the Republican's policies and ideology that makes them so repugnant, not their personalities. OK, sorry... that does too in most cases as well.
