I love the low fat mooswood -- i use it all the time. As well as the intimate vegetarian-- good for smaller meals.

Even though PETA pisses me off, this is my favourite cookbook and the one I recommend to all new vegetarians...the recipes are easy to follow and a lot of them are very brief (I like Moosewood, but don't usually pull it out unless it's the weekend...the recipes in the original Moosewood generally have a ton of ingredients and many, many steps...).

I need to purchase a new copy of this cookbook shortly..I've been using my current copy for a decade and the pages for some recipes are literally becoming too food-splattered read :).

Greens Glorious Greens!!! My new favorite... :)

And Feeding the Whole Family. :)

Neither of the books are *only* vegetarian...some recipes have meat/dairy products in them..but they are vegetarian based.
