I was just wondering. It seems more than few folks talk about their Tigers. Mine is sitting on the couch right now wondering why he cannot go out seeing he goes to his annual vets visit in a few hours.

my tiger was "tiger" when i got him. the folks at the shelter named him. we thought about changing it but it fit him so perfectly! although i like to call him "el tigre". especially when he's trying to act all big cuz he's so little :funny1:

We got Tiger from Amy's parents who got him to be a mouser, but due to two overbearing Labs, he spent most of his time in a loft with Amy befriending him and no mousing ever getting done. We had wanted a cat for sometime to compliment the ferrets, so when it was obvious he would not budge from the loft to do his mousing duties, we got him. One of the first things he did in our house was get a mouse and present it to us. They named him tiger because he is a gray tiger. Up until this day he is one the best hunters and fighters I have seen. He is my pride, never goes to the bathroom inside. He is the exact cat I wanted almost thirty years ago when I fell in love with an ex-girlfriends female tiger who had all those traits. Today at the vets he went to beat up their resident cat and I stopped him. Even though in the house he is mommas boy, whenever we go to the vets he glues himself to me. I insist on holding them so they get through the trauma ASAP, and with early morning appointments its easy seeing no other cats are there yet.:jump::jump::jump:
