See if you can guess who inspired me to Brine the pig! Best pork I ever tasted... Now if I can only figure out how to do it easily for the standard EPPO 100lb roasts.

what a great read!!! sounds like fun. The brine would be tricky for a big pig but I'm sure it can be done...maybe you will invent the multiple brining injector to cover more space.....hmmmmmm
