Allergy

It is the season and I do not want to take claritin...
I have been trying to ween myself off of lab produced medicine and look towards a more natural approach.
Anyboardie know of any herbal/all natural remedies for the seasonal allergies?

Use local honey if you can get some. A couple teaspoons in the morning and a couple in the evening.

A local honey that is a blend is the best (blend being from the honeys throughout the summer)
