that my gf has no problems posting on here, but once i log in the board constantly freezes?

she can post just fine from both computers, but if i try, it just freezes.

oh... occasionally i get this error too, even if it's been longer than the time it says:

This forum requires that you wait 450 seconds between posts. Please try again in 180 seconds.

i was also getting a fake "server is busy at the moment" message, which was complete BS b/s i just made this account & it works just fine.

this account also has the standard 15 second wait time between posts, as opposed to the 450 seconds on the other one.

Hmm not sure, your profile looks good. I am sure you tried to clear your temp files and cookies already...

yes, it's definitely not on my side of things. i can't even browse the board if i'm logged in as the other account. takes several minutes to open a single page.
yet on this one, it works fine.

it's certainly an admin. thing, b/c otherwise why does this account have a 15 second minimum time between posts, and the other one has a 450 second minimum?

If a mod / admi froze your account, you'd be getting different error messages.

More like "you do not have the permission to take [whatever action you are trying to take, post / vote in a poll / reply to a thread]. You may not be logged in, or the administrator may have disabled your account."

Plus, if they wanted to disable your account, there's a much faster and easier way to do so. Instead of editing your forum permissions individually, they could just press the ban button, in which case you'd be getting a different error message.

"You have been banned for the following reason: [____]"

The time error reminds me of an error we used to get on another message board I frequent. But everybody got it though. It was due to the board behind hosted on 3 servers at the same time, and the servers' clock being set at different times.

Posts would jump around (replies would end up before the post they were replying to) and it was impossible to use the search field.

But... You're the only one reporting this error, so I can't think of what could cause it.
