(I also posted this in the Food Forum before realizing it should be here)

Could anyone recommend some good books about vegetarianism? I'm not looking for recipes since there a tons of them on the internet, but something that talks about the how and why being a vegetarian is a positive. It's something I want(should? try, but would face many of the same challenges any new vegan would(non-veg family, nutrition for an endurance athlete etc).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I bake vegan bread, mix abt 3 cups water , 1 pk yeast, sugar salt, add 3 cups of spelt , let sit for Hr. then add more salt sugar splash of soy milk and keep adding white flour till yo can get a nice consistancy. let rise for 2 hrs BK for 45 min on 400

HORIZONS cook book is good. If you want to exclude yourself from digesting animal murder just be vegan. If your worried about protien,Gnc has soy 95 protien shake for you bro.
