Just started this the other day and I'm enjoying it. Pretty fast and easy read and I can see there's going to be some interesting things that happen....

I read about 6 chapters of the first book and then took it back to the library.

It would probably have been a better story if it had real vampires and not sparkly fairies, and if someone had killed the whinyass dependent needy useless girl.

I reccomend The Black Dagger Brotherhood Novels by JR Ward for some serious kickass heroines and vampires. The first book is Dark Lover and for female driven otherworld fiction, with strong, heroic women, The Women Of the Otherworld by Kelley Armstrong, the first book is Bitten

IT is a book meant for children, of course it is a fast read
And the author managed to turn one of the most terrifying creatures of folklore into emo pansies, amazing! :spank:

I also liked the Twilight books. The movies, not so much.
