What to wear, what to wear!

So, my friend just bought a house and I moved in! we're having a "Homey" House Warming Party on Saturday.. We're gonna lean back to all old school hip hop jams and I need to get dressed up like a "homey". What the hell does a girl "homey" wear?


I don't know what to wear.. I'm pretty good on accessories... I have door knocker earrings, a pimp cup and I was going to put a zig-zag part in my hair, gel it down and wear shinny lipstick with a dark lip liner.... but for clothes I'm at a lost... I really don't know what to wear!! So many of my clothes have the bohemian look to it.. so I must go shopping... what would you wear as clothes if you were me?!?! Someone told me to dress trashy. I guess the joke would be.. that I know how to act trashy.. I just don't know how to dress that way! :lol: jk. I'm classy, I swear. :lol: but than again, trashy isn't homey....

maybe I should get a pair of sweats that have the word juicy on the ass? anyone know where to get them? :lol:

This probably isn't the best group to ask because I'm guessing that majority of you have the same sense of style that I do.... but I need major help here!!

IDK, I live in jeans and long sleeved tshirts in the winter. Yesterday it was a stealie, today it's a Steelers one.

How about a pair of bright purple slacks and a taxicab yellow shirt?

ha! those are juicy sweat pants they are like 150 bucks you can get them at bloomindales or any juicy store.... not worth shellin out the cash for a party... but i hear they are pretty comfy.... juicy even came out with a plus size line, but hells no i aight gonna pay 200 bucks for sweats!

i would go to your local thrift store... you can easily do this for cheap! also think sports teams.. like big puffy yankee shirts or jackets....i was actually gonna be a bronx thug for halloween i looked so tough, it was awesome, but was scare i was gonna get jumped in nyc for makin fun of thugs lol..... and it also had no sexy factor, i looked like a dude. no good for halloweeen!

Thanks Sarah... that actually helped a lot because I didn't know how to wear my make-up!

So, I went thrift shopping last night and I found some awesome stuff! First I found a trucker hat that is perfect when worn to the side! I just need to flatten the brim out a little more but check it out!

I got the baggiest pair of sweatpants and I bought Iron on letters to write juicy on my ass..but I'm not sure I wont to ruin the sweatpants with that shit :lol:

I got tommy hilfiger sneaks for $3 and a red bandanna to wear underneath the hat as well...

you put a shitload of gel, then form it, then tape it down with lowtac tape, almost like the kind you get in the first aid kits.... tape that shit down over night the night before(or blow dry for a bit), your good to go!
