What's the difference between 100 & 160 psi tube?

it the flexibility factor- how hot the water can be in the tube before the plastic is compromised (gets flexible/melts etc)

100 PSI will become flexible at 100 degrees. I don't like 100 psi hoops. They get really sloppy in the the summer - if it's in the sun, it's going to bend, warp and lose the integrity of the hoop.

Just my opinion though. I know lots of people make hoops with 100 psi becuase it's easier to find than 160.

160 is thicker plastic. 160 pressure psi. Stronger, heavier. Better IMO.

And everything Terra had said.
I know the 100psi is better for the little kids though.
