Rothbury Festival 2009 (please FFTA)

Sherwood Forest, Day 1:

the Forest was opened up to artists who created small displays using recycled and natural materials available onsite or brought from home. some of the artists were asked to submit a concept beforehand, and they were entered into a contest to win VIP upgrades. our friend Melissa entered one such contest and actually won 3 VIP upgrades for her tree, decorated with refrigerator tubing. i didn't get a shot of that tree, unfortunately, but here's some of the other displays and sites to see in the forest.
