I know how to do basic crochet, but I can't make anything fancy other than scarves, wash cloths, or anything else that isn't squareish. :lol:

I've always wanted to learn how to do other things, though, especially like the little animals! Very cool! :grin:

if you know a basic single crochet stitch making little stuffed toys is pretty easy since that's the only stitch used in most of them. all the counting can be a pain in the ass but it's avoidable with stitch markers. i made this little guy and i swear the hardest part was sewing his parts together

i'm happy to help if you send me the pattern. it can look really confusing but most are pretty easy to figure out. the japanese ones use charts now too where x = single crochet.
