Bean salad

So lately I have been addicted to a bean salad...
The ingredients are very simple...

1 can of black beans
1 can of chick peas
1 can of whole corn
1 can of kidney beans
and any other beans you like
Chop of some green bell pepper
Chop up some white onion
Add Italian seasons
Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Mix and eat....

I have also been thinking of adding artichoke hearts

i just posted a similar recipe somewhere else.

i put celery instead of green peppers and onions and sometimes i add tuna. oh and i just put in italian dressing....

I just made my 1st bean salad & am also obsessed

1 can black beans

cherry tomatoes

I love bean salad...
I don't use the Italian dressing only because the sugar content in it....
I can't have a lot of sugar...
Plus I like the flavor of the vinegar

I found a low fat italian that I use on everything - Kens robust italian - it's awesome. Don't know how much sugar it has though

i like to make a red wine vinegarette for dressings in stuff like this. :)

red wine vinegar
olive oil
a good glob of mustard (from a jar, not squirty bottle)

But... i ate more than I should have today and i have gas...
