well any type of berry actually
4 cups berries
2 frozen pie crusts, 1 in a tin
1/2 cup sugar , more or less to taste
2 tablespoons Corn Starch
thaw 1 premade frozen pie crust
while thawing, rinse and drain 4 cups of blueberries
mix them in a bowl with 1/2 cup sugar + 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
pour berry/sugar mixture into second frozen pie crust bottom (in a pie tin) cover with thawed top, cut vent slits in top crust.
bake in pre heated 400 degree oven for 20 min, lower to 30 cook another 20-30 min until top is golden brown.
cool on wire rack, will keep for 2 days at room temp.
servce w/ whipped cream, ice cream etc.
lemon zest or juice can be added to the berry mxture before baking
