unsolicited spam

in my user cp i unchecked the box about receiving mail from administrators but i still keep getting fest spam. could this be looked and and fixed please?

I assume your talking about vibes email? That has nothing to do with the setting in the UserCP. Those settings only deal with board stuff and not the main site stuff...

there have been a bunch building up... lots of vibes announcements and other events, like announcements of upcoming announcements lol
