I need a speedo cable, or maybe I'll just use the GPS on speedo mode for now.

Sell the GPS and buy a speedo cable and some repair panels! Just kidding...

Mine is woking great, need a muffler but still not rusted out enough to be loud but losing some HP

Exaust is something that need replacing the most... Its easy to do yourself, van cafe even has a kit with all the nuts and bolts to do the whole system! Worth replacing these if you do it!
