One month and counting.

May 31st: http://www.trisportcanada.com/milton.php

Current training schedule:

Monday - squash
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - weights (1 hour), run or swim (40 min)
Thursday - Brick (spin & run - 90 minutes)
Friday - weights (2 hours)
Saturday - cycle (2-3 hours)
Sunday - swim (1 hour), spin (45 min), core (20 min)

Starting to convert to more outdoor training as opposed to gym-based training. I absolutely cherish my Saturday cycle rides.

Which one are you doing? I'm not familiar with those distances, just the sprint, olympic, and Ironman.

This is a little longer than a sprint. The goal this year is three sprint distances and maybe an Olympic. Next year, it's all Olympic and the year after that...Half Ironman.

Btw...I have no idea why I put this is in the Food Forum.

Yep. I can still remember when I could barely do 20 minutes on a stationary bike without my heart exploding. Seems not so long ago and it's hard to believe it's been two years already.
