Has anyone ever heard of this?

I just experienced some the other day with Dan of Natural Breakdown.
It seems like an interesting practice and I would like to look into more of it.

So funny (or normal) you should ask about this Britt. I have been thinking about taking Theta Healing classes at the Vandana Center in Colts Neck. :)

When I was going through my yoga training, it was required that we have at the minimum one healing a month. One of the modalities I chose was Theta Healing. My yoga teacher, Kathy Keane offered it at her studio/wellness center.

What did you think?
I was looking into a class in Fort Collins but it is this weekend.
The timing is not right.
I may just have her be my healer for a little bit as I learn more about it.

In some respects I think it's just another take on Reiki Healing and other energy healing modalities. They all embrace the same concepts (universal energy). But I am not sure. I only had the one experience with it. It would probably be a good idea to go to additional sessions.

I am a big advocate of energy healing. I think it's extremely important for health and wellness. I don't think it's something that should be utilized when there is dis-ease, but something that should be incorporated into ones wellness regime.
