1/8 - 1/4 cup worchestshire sauce
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
4Tsp Texas PeteŽ Hot Sauce
2-3 Tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
3Tsp Dried Dill
3Tsp Ground sea salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Let it Marinate at least one hour, three is really good. 11 Minutes both sides for a Medium-Rare treat like none other...Especially if you are doing this on a grill...in fact....don't do it unless you have a grill or a really good gas broiler. Let rest ten minutes then enjoy!!!!!! :V:
