Camping with the Little Ones?

As we all know, the vast majority of the VibeTribe likes to stay up late, however, we will not give up on trying to set up a more mellow camping area. Once again, Gathering of the Vibes will host a designated Family Camping area - a place where families and chill folks can hang out together and set the tone. Please note that Family Camping can not accommodate RVs or vehicles 25' and over. The pre-order period for Family Camping passes is over. There will be a limited number at the Gates on a first come, first served basis. Ask when you get there. 

We Love Kids!

Gathering of the Vibes prides itself on being a Family Friendly Festival. Kids 12 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For Sunday Single Day Tickets only, kids 15 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. And now your kids can be a VIP for a day! New this year, Single Day VIP tickets and Kid's Single Day VIP tickets. Kids 6-12 pay just $50 a day for VIP. Kids 5 and under are always free in the VIP tent! All kids in the VIP tent need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Treat yourself and your young ones to a day under our expansive VIP Chill tent. Enjoy Complimentary beverages and snacks while relaxing on comfy couches and chairs or enjoy our special VIP Viewing Areas. Kid's Pricing:

Camping & Friday or Saturday Single Day Tickets - 12 & Under are Free, 13+ needs an Adult TIcket.

Sunday Single Day Ticket - 15 & Under are Free, 16+ needs an Adult TIcket.

VIP Camping or VIP Day Passes - 5 & Under are Free, 6-12 VIP Kids Ticket, 13+ needs an Adult TIcket.

Kid's Corner & Teen Scene

For the young ones, Kid's Corner is a rockin' good time! Kids and parents alike make Kid's Corner their home at the Vibes. Led by Gabrielle Fugere and Andy "The Music Man" Morse, 2011 marks the 12 anniversary of the kids area.

Located near the concert field, Kids Corner & Teen Scene are surrounded by beautiful trees and plenty of green space that are only a few minutes walk to the main concert field and situated near family camping with clean bathrooms close by. It's the ideal compromise between our children's need to have fun & play, and their parents' desire to catch as much music as possible.

In the Kids Tent there's never a shortage of activities whether it's painting on a community mural, listening to children's entertainers, face painting, costume making, arts and crafts, dancing with puppets or just relaxing on a comfy couch and reading stories. We know you'll feel right at home! Hours are 9am-sundown.

Teen Scene is a place where teens can learn to play a musical instrument through free professional instruction and jam with their friends. Special guests show up and perform intimate sets for the teens. Teens can socialize, play games, get hair wraps, ride the Orbitron, learn to juggle with Try Out Toys and much more. Hours are 1pm-11pm.

On Sunday morning the Kids Tent and Teen Scene take a field trip over to the Green Vibes Stage for a special musical performance for families by Andy "The Music Man." Immediately following the performance families join in a large parade with puppets, costumes, stilt walkers, musicians and lots of merriment to the main stage where we partake in a World Peace Flag ceremony.

Safety First!

Kids Safety Registration: Come register your kids in the Kids Tent from 9am-8pm. They will be given a bracelet with your contact info during the festival, and we will keep a list of all contact info in case of emergency. We will also be holding kids registration at the VIP tent for VIP Kids on Thursday and Friday. We encourage you to discuss with your children what to do if they get lost, how to ask for help, how to describe you, and any other information. Kids Tent staff will have all the information needed to locate parents.

Be sure to stop by the Green Vibes Stage to catch a performance by Andy "The Music Man". Andy will be playing Sunday morning before the Parade to the World Peace Ceremony. He will also perform Thursday, Friday & Saturday at the Kids Tent with special guests.

Puppets!

One World Puppetry and Ash Street Puppets invite you to come make a life size puppet. Enter the world of make be believe walking around with your puppet. One World Puppetry will be showcasing an engaging performance each day.

Nick The Giant!

There is big-sized fun to be had with Nick of Time, the Giant! The wizard of fun will be just in time to bring giant fun, giant toys and giant smiles to the Vibe Tribe.

Play-4-All!

Join the playful folks of Try Out Toys as they host a super-fun play area for VibeTribe of ALL ages! They'll have ongoing lessons in diabolo, sphereplay, poi swinging, hula hooping, rhythm sticks, juggling and more. Need toys for the weekend and beyond? They've got 'em! Come over and join the Circus!

Everyone's Drumming!

We will be holding a special Drum workshop led by the rhythmic folks from Everyone's Drumming. Come on by and help us keep the beat!

Bio-Bus!

The Bio-Bus is a special bus that travels around educating kids & teens about science and the sea. There will be hands-on workshops including a walk down to the shore to study the marine life.

Oribitron!

Always popular with Kids and their parents, The Orbitron is out of this world!Strap yourself in and spin in a circle, upside down at your own pace.

Charlie Dane!

Talented singer-songwriter Charlie Dane will be performing at the Teen Scene this year. She performed last year and kids & parents alike couldn't get enough of her.
