These are complete mail order instructions for ordering tickets through GDTS TOO­

Tickets are $185 each, plus a $4 service fee per ticket for tickets purchased with a Money Order and a $7 service fee per ticket for orders placed with a credit card. You can find the GDTS TOO credit card order form here. There will be additional shipping fees if you wish to have your tickets mailed back to you via a method other than regular USPS service.

Please include:
1) a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope (with the regular 42¢ stamp or 59¢ stamp for orders of 8 tickets).

2) a 3 x 5 index card with your full name, return address, area code, phone number and email address (if you have one), in the upper left hand corner of the card. In the middle of the card, tell us that you are ordering for Vibes 2009 and the number of tickets you would like per show. You can order up to 8 tickets for this event.

3) You can pay one of 2 ways - either via Postal Money Order or a Western Union Money Order OR via Credit Card. If using a Credit Card, please print the form that can be found here. No other payment will be accepted. No cash and no personal checks please. Make the money order payable to:

Keep your money order receipt! If your order is not filled, your payment will of course be returned to you. You may choose from various methods as to how you would like your tickets mailed to you. This is entirely your choice. The options are as follows:

1)  Regular mail if you feel that your mailbox is pretty secure. No extra fee is needed. The SASE will do that job. Our Canadian and overseas patrons may add $1 US to their money order for postage, rather than sending a postal coupon.

2)  FedEx 2-day service: We have chosen this service not only for the fast delivery method, but mostly for the security it affords. The fee for this service is $15. You may add the fee to your ticket money order. We will need a daytime address and phone number for delivery purposes. This service works best if you use an office or work address. FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes. This service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas countries. The fees would be prohibitive. We suggest Priority Mail in these cases.

3)  Priority Mail also remains an option. The $6.50 fee in the US is unchanged for now. This option works rather well for other countries also. For Canada the fee is $13.50. For Europe and Japan, the fee is $15.50.

4)  Registered mail remains an option. However, the time frame often makes it not a very good one. Besides, the post office has greatly increased its fees so that we will have to increase our fee to $20.00 for this option. We realize some of you have no other choice. Please do not put extra stamps on your return envelope for the registration fee. You will still need to apply the regular postage of 42¢ or 59¢.

Orders will be filled on a "first-come-first-served" basis by postmark only, not by when we receive them. Sending your order by Express Mail, Federal Express, DHL, etc., will not expedite your order processing in any way.

Do not use any meter strips. We will not accept metered mail.

Please note: All orders should be sent in a #10 sized envelope, which is a regular, business-size envelope. Please put "Gathering of the Vibes" and the number of tickets you want to order on the outside of your envelope.
