At this time, all food vendors have been booked for the 2011 festival and applications are closed. If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please reply VIA EMAIL ONLY (no paper applications or vendor packets will be accepted) to foodvending@gatheringofthevibes.com and include the following:

• Photos of your Booth Set-up with Footprint Dimensions
• Electric Requirements
• Water Requirements
• Proof of General Liability insurance ($2 Million minimum)
• Proof of Worker’s Compensation insurance
• Menu and general pricing
• Sales tax certificate
