All Sales are Final. However, if you receive a product that has a manufacturers defect, ship it back to us and we will replace it for no additional charge.
Domestic Shipping Options
Gathering of the Vibes ships our tickets domestically with UPS.
Tickets will ship via UPS 2 Day Service on Monday, July 14th. UPS requires a signature for delivery on expedited orders. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a shipping address where someone will be during the day to sign for your tickets. If you need to change your shipping address, please give us a call 1-203-908-3030.
Changes to shipping addresses made after 5pm on Tuesday July 8th will carry an extra $12 service charge.
Beginning Monday, July 21st, ticket shipping will stop and all tickets will switch over to Will Call to be picked up at Vibes.
International Orders
Unfortunately, our site is not set up to handle orders with international addresses. However, you do have options. Call us for details, 203.908.3030.
